Biography

Andrew represents clients across Western Colorado through family law challenges, applying his experience as an attorney, empathy, and inclination toward action to achieve results for his clients. 

Andrew grew up in Aspen and attended the U.S. Military Academy, commissioning in 2000 in the U.S. Army and serving as a tank platoon leader in the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. He later attended the University of Washington School of Law through the Army's Funded Legal Education Program. He finished his twenty-one year military career as a Deputy Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His duties included security cooperation, domestic operations, and internal investigations. 

After his military service, Andrew was the Senior Counsel for Appropriations, Fiscal, and Audit for AmeriCorps. Andrew advised agency leaders and collaborated with the White House Domestic Policy Council and the Office of Management and Budget to develop and execute AmeriCorps' $1B annual budget, programmatic initiatives, and legislative program. 

Andrew is an avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker, and serves his community through several nonprofit, educational, and public service pursuits.
